Adult Fitness Classes

Power Yoga/Pilates

  • Ages: Teen and up
  • Duration: 1 hour

This class consists of a half hour of flowing Vinyasa style yoga with a half hour of mat Pilates taught by Colleen. Excellent class for improving your balance, flexibility, core strength, lengthening the muscles and enjoying a relaxing mind-body experience.
Bring your yoga mat. 

$15 drop-in rate or $10 class with class package purchase.

Warm Vinyasa Yoga

  • Ages: Teen and up
  • Duration: 1 hour and 15 minutes

This class consists of flowing Vinyasa style yoga in a warm room (82 degrees) taught by Colleen. Excellent class for improving your flexibility, core strength, and balance while enjoying a relaxing mind-body experience.

Bring your yoga mat, towel, water bottle.
$15 drop-in rate or $10/class with class package purchase.

Muscle/Pilates

  • Ages: Teen and up
  • Duration: 1/2 hour

This class is taught by Colleen to tone and strengthen the body, using hand weights for upper body and Mat Pilates for Abs and Back. Weights and mats are provided. This class is before the Zumba class for a total body workout. Start with strengthening and toning and end with an option of an hour of cardio in the fun dance inspired Zumba class.

Zumba

  • Ages: Teen and up
  • Duration: 1 hour

This class is offered as part of Colleen's fitness line-up. Drop-in or join for the session. This class is taught by Kelli LaVita and Kristen Peikos and is a fun hour filled with a variety of jazz, hip-hop, ballet, merenge, and salsa dance moves guaranteed to make you sweat! No Dance Experience Necessary! Just come to have fun.

Drop-in Rate is $10 or Drop-in to both Muscle/Pilates and Zumba for $15.
Buy a class card and get both classes for $12!

Cardio/Muscle/Pilates

  • Ages: Teen and up
  • Duration: 1 hour

This class is a Total Body Workout taught by Colleen. The first part of the class is a circuit of hi/lo impact Cardio routines and Tabata, alternating with handheld weight exercises to keep your heart rate up for 40 minutes. The class ends with 20 minutes of Mat Pilates and Barre work to strengthen, lengthen and tone the entire body.

5:30AM Yoga - Sunrise Power Hour

  • Ages: Teen and up
  • Duration: 1 hour

Wake up with the sunrise and join me for a slow stretch that leads into a sequence of powerful postures and sun salutations that flow into one another through breath, building strength, flexibility, balance and core stability. An invigorating mind and body class that will surely wake you up for a wonderful start to an energized day!! The studio will be about 72-75 degrees.

Yoga - Not Heated

This class consists of flowing Vinyasa style yoga in a comfortable 72 degree room taught by Colleen. Excellent class for improving your flexibility, core strength, and balance while enjoying a relaxing mind-body experience.

All levels are welcome to this adult hip hop class! Hip Hop is a style that began in the 1980's and has evolved from street dancing and choreographed party dances. This is a high energy class that allows adults to get a great workout and have fun! Give it a try!

Adult Classical Pilates w/Michelle

  • Mondays, 7:45pm - 8:30pm
  • Ages: 16 and up
  • Duration: 1 hour

Classical Pilates taught by Michelle. This class is a mat based class that includes a series of moves to lengthen and tone your muscles, while strengthening your core. This class includes a brief warm-up, and a dynamic, full body work out. It is designed for individuals of all levels!
